    The Meridian Luxury Suites
Good things: Nice units, great price on hotels.com. Bad things: Woke the next morning to watch football and found out that the cable had been turned off in the unit I was assigned. Called front desk to report problem about 10 am. Waited to about 3 pm no response so I called back and switched to another room. Woke up next morning in new room went into the shower and noticed a used face towel and a half a bottle of shower gel. To top that I tried to call front desk again and the phones were down. So I turned on my tv to watch the chargers game only to find out that the cable had went off in the new unit. I know you're saying no cable big deal this is vegas what are you doing watching tv? After a night of gambling and partying I relax in my room watching the football games that I bet on the previous night. So having to get up and go to a smoke filled sportsbook is not in the plan. I walked over to the front desk to find out what was going on and no one really new what was happening. After telling them about the shower problem you would think that they would send someone over from housekeeping. Wait on it, I ended up cleaning the shower myself. Now I'm wondering if they changed the sheets as I found the previous persons itinterary on the dining table, so I'm not to comfortable with housekeeping. This place is former condo complex that's about 30% finished so it seems like you're the only persons staying on the floor. All the other units look abandoned. I could go on and on but the bottom line is this place is not ready for customers just yet. Finish the majority of the units, hire the appropiate staff and mangement oh mangement, the backbone of successful establishments....More
