    Air conditioning did not work in the first room, second room took about 1-1/2 hours to cool off. Coffee pot was missing from room. Did not get wake up call that was requested. Staff did not seem very eager to help....More

    Country Inn Suites Marion
    I have used this hotel before for a week at a time while taking professional training and was always pleased with the service and accommodations. The pool/spa area was closed the last day of my stay for maintenance but I appreciate the care they take with their facilities. I plan on staying again and and recommending it to anyone going to Marion....More

    1. Rooms were not clean. 2. Furnitures chairs, desk etc were in bad shape. 3. Carpet - Very bad color gave the entrire room a gloomy look. 4. Carpet appeared to be damp at places. 5. Dust most places. 6. Room had a damp odor as entere the room. 7. Hallways ways cramped and not well lit. 8. Overall, the accomodation from teh rteception to the room did not give you a comfortable feeling....More
